Digital Scrapbooking Inspiration – November 2007
In The Groove
“Real-Life Superstars” is this month’s theme, and we’re sure you’re gonna love it! Though the world seems to have gone haywire over “celebrities” lately, we know that the true superstars are the real, every day folks we know. They’re our children at piano recitals and sporting events, our tireless mothers and fathers, our loved ones bravely battling cancer, friends who volunteer to make the world a better place. Come to think of it, with all you do and all you are, YOU are a superstar, too!
This month’s freebie is from superstar Scrapbook MAX! Booster Pack Store designer Michelle McCoy (below) Also, be sure to enter this month’s “star-studded” layout contest (below)!
Real-Life Superstars
Being a superstar can mean many things. We thought that these two layouts captured the “superstar” qualities that we all hope to have: bravery, courage, determination, and the ability to inspire others to be aware and to be strong when facing adversity. We encourage you to have a look at the entries (and read the accompanying stories) for the October 2007 Challenge hosted by knzus. We found these two layouts there (by knzus and evee, respectively), and many more celebrating “superstar” women and men.

We were blown away by the excitement and action captured in Lisa S.’s winning layout. What a fabulous use of the “steely” blue team colors in the background!
