Please check out the resources on our technical support page before doing anything else. We have everything from an online help file, user’s guide, frequently asked questions, video tutorials, printed tutorials and much more.
2. After you’ve looked for a answer on our self-help pages, the next step is to make use of the discussion forums. We check the forums and reply to questions daily. Additionally, the community is made up of thousands of people, just like you. They are a very helpful bunch and often have an answer for you around the clock!
