Once your order has been approved, you’ll get an email that contains instructions on how to download your software and any expansion packs you ordered. If you used a credit card to pay for your order, this all happens very quickly. Check your spam box if you don’t see anything in your inbox! If you chose to pay by another method (check, money order etc), you’ll need to wait until we receive payment before you get your download.
How do I check my order status?

Do I need to make a back up copy of Scrapbook MAX! software? How do I do it?

Yes – and it’s important to do, but super easy! All you need to do is make a copy of the file you download from the link we send you in your software download instructions email. Save that copy to an external source, like a usb stick or external drive. This way, you can reinstall the software should you need to, like if you switch computers, or in the event of a computer crash.
If I switch computers or have a computer crash, how do I get Scrapbook MAX! back?

Please be sure to make a back up copy of the file you download when you receive your download instructions. Keep this back up copy safely stored on an external source (something outside of your computer), such as a usb stick or an external hard drive. That way you have back up copy should you ever need to install again.
Can I really use it forever?

Yes! You only pay us once. This is not a subscription service. You can then use Scrapbook MAX for as long as you wish.

Of course can’t guarantee that some unknown future Microsoft Windows version you decide to install or new computer you get won’t break your old applications, but Scrapbook MAX itself doesn’t expire or require any future payments.
