The journal text object allows you display large amounts of text on the page. Many properties of the text can be customized so that its integration is seamless. Some of these setting include: font, text color or fill, alignment, shadow, transparency, outline and spacing.
The position of the text in a journal text object is controlled by the size of the object (represented by its bounding box). Since journal text wraps, you can adjust the width and height after you enter text to achieve the desired appearance on the page.
Tip: A journal text object can be added to the page by choosing Object > Journal Text from the menu, or by selecting the object type from the right-click context menu.
Tip: Journal Text objects don't maintain their aspect ratio while resizing them. To maintain their aspect, hold down the Shift key while resizing.
