Publish to Slideshow

Publishing to a slideshow takes your scrapbook and creates a compressed, single executable file that can be run on a computer. When the slideshow executable is run, it automatically switches pages based on a timer. The viewer can also click on the page to open a control bar for manual navigation and settings.

This publishing option is perfect for small scrapbooks distributed through email, as web downloads or to keep on your computer. The only downside is that your project must decompress when run, which will increase the startup time on large projects.

If you are looking to burn the slideshow to a CD/DVD, see Publish to Slideshow CD instead.

Tip: You can publish to a slideshow by choosing File > Publish To > Slideshow... from the program menu.
