      I am so happy to be working on this album - it is like a World War II story or movie - only it's very real. Jean Claude won two Croix de Guerre and a Silver Star among other medals. I used a kit by Debra Anderson called (I think) George's Shadow.

      I am loving it too Julie..its sad that the ones who gave so much during that time are dying by the 1000's each day..their story needs to be told over and over so noone ever forgets what they did..all the stories of all our miliary should never be forgotten..they are all heros another great LO Smile

      I agree with Jazz...
      I received an e-mail today with pictures of the new quarters WITHOUT the words 'IN GOD WE TRUST' this really frightens me. I am always reminded of the ONLY difference between myself and those in less fortunate countries...is THE GRACE OF GOD..Yes , we do have so very much to be thankful for...Thank you so much for this beautiful and special layout Maggie.
