      I used a pretty kit by Jen Hanson of Deco-Pages called Hilda's Joy. The only change I made was to darken and crackle the frame.

      You said you "crackled" the frame. Can you tell me how that was done? Is there a way to do it in Scrapbook Max? The layout is wonderful. Love how you talk to them in your journaling.
