      Week 11 Challenge.


      This is a favourite around Christmas time & so easy to make, hope my overseas friends have access to Copha.(Vegetable Shortening)
      The vanilla essence is only a few drops-to suit your individual tastes.

      sounds like a version of our American Rice Krispy Treats, very nice. Love it!

      Sorry, wasn't sure if you had rice bubbles,not sure how to describe them, they are like tiny balls of puffed rice...hope you can adapt the American Rice Krispy Treats to this recipe, wish you luck!
