Journaling Reads:
at 5 mos old, Nathan is quite a boy. He is loud and slobbery and funny and so very tender. His latest thing is "Screaming" - He does this not when he is mad but just to hear himself do it - almost as if he is singing. He loves taking baths but has also started to like taking shower with mama. I will put him in the Bumbo seat and put him on the counter so he can look in the mirror at himself while I am enjoying my shower. When I am finished, I strip him down and bring him in with me and hold him under the gentle warm water. He gets very quiet and still and seems to really enjoy the peace and calm of the water. Nathan laughs just as much as he possible could. I don;t think I have ever been around a happpier, smilier, laighier baby ever. His laughs are from the belly (and an ample belly it is!) There's no possible way that a person could hear that laugh and not laugh right along with him. He is a delightfully happy child, full of love and spunk and joy. Sometimes when I hold him in my arms I feel I just might burst for all the love I have for him. One of the most wonderful sounds in the world is hearing one of your children laughing with glee at the other. Nathan laughs the hardest at Abby.
