This is Walter Whittle, Jr. I know nothing about him other than his name and the date as it was on the back of the picture..he is one of the SC Whittles all related to my Great Grandfather..Emanuel Whittle..I found it in a box of old photos that belonged to my Great Aunt Georgia, they were sent to my dad by her stepson after she died..some are so old they are printed on tin..
I used a new kit by Kimb's Designs called "Pretty Twisted"..I recolored some of the papers and used an overlay also by KD and elements from KD kit Bygone..brushs are by Obsidian Dawn..word art from Heritage CD.You can find these kits at Digital-Scrapbook. Org..font Scribble
