Repeat offender I admit it, I made this one earlier and I'm going to submit it, I have one of my Dad, now one from the ladies. This time of year I am ricing potatoes, rolling, grilling, and flippin' LEFSA! I like mine with butter, brown sugar and a little cinnamon. YUM!


Please let no one be offended by this little bit of midwestern USA lefsa humor. Now, my Mom a good daughter of German imigrants had not a drop of Norwegian or even scandanavian blood to her but by proxy, her first Mother-in-law was and so was the culture of our Lutheran Church here in Minnesota. This is just phonetically sounding out a strong accent of the scandanavian settlers here in Minnesota.
