This is our big gathering for Christmas. Just My husband, my Mother, her Dog Star and of course myself. Our family is scattered in others states, so this is it. We enjoy a nice meal and then play cards. Afterwards my mother and I go for a drive looking at Christmas lights. A very quiet, simple but enjoyable day.· Date: December 26, 2006 · Views: 1,069

It sounds like a wonderful Christmas! You are all so nice looking and, of course, Star is absolutely beautiful!! We spent a quiet Christmas, too, far away from our family.

We too have a quiet Christmas, just myself my husband and 3 girls.
As my 2 older girls have moved out of home, my husband and myself and our youngest daughter were treated to Christmas lunch at thier home and then later in the afternoon, spent it down on the beach playing cricket and swimming.
It was so nice not having to cook or clean up after it was the best Christmas in a long time.
I love your layout, it is so simple but elegant.

Craftymum, The sled and fake snow are mine with the exception of the candy cane added digitally. It is an arrangement in my house. The rest are freebies from other people. Some from other sites, so I could not make a template of it.

Yes Star is the name of Mom's Sheltie. He is almost 11 years old. OK Crops I put the sleigh in the Embies Gallery. It is under Sue's Folder for anyone who wants it! (it comes with the snow attached though.)
