For the 8 year anniversary of my father's death. No matter how long it's been, sometimes it seems like yesterday. When I was about 13, I read a very old romance called Crimson Roses. I loved that story and asked Daddy to give me crimson roses for my birthday. He bought them for me every year after that! My very own sweetheart. Now I put them on his grave. For many years, we had Daddy/Daughter dates just he and I. (I could invite the rest of the family if I wanted but it was my special date.) I miss him.
