      My niece Sarah Grace and her best friend..they were having a sleep over..they put color steaks in their hair among other things...oh to be young again!! I made everything on the page with the exception of the flower overlay by Rene' Bross
      The effect on the picture was done with several different photo filters and a layer mask

      Really love all the effects!! Another beautiful page and the saying is true. I love how the photo blends into the background too.
