how to post links?

I am sorry if this has been posted before. I am sure it probably has but I can't find the answer. In all of the challenges we are told to upload our work to our albums and post the link in the appropriate forum. I understand how to upload my scrapbook pages, but how do I post a link? I have just been uploading the pages a second time to the forums because I can't figure out how to link them. Please help.

once you have uploaded your page to the gallery, under the image is a code box marked IMG copy this code and then paste it into the challenge thread you want it in...yourimage will then show up
