Hi All,

I am still having problems with SBM recognizing my photos. When I'm in SBM, I can only see a few of the photos that I downloaded from my CD. Could they be formatted wrong on the CD? Buy why would SBM recognize (being able to view) some and not others. I tried dragging the photos, but I get an error message saying that the document is invalid.

Can anyone help. I feel so stupid.
