Man, I hate to admit it, but I'm so dumb!!!!

Donna made me a beautiful blinky, plus I got my own I would like to add to my signature, but the site keeps telling me the file sizes are two large. What am I doing wrong?

upload them to somewhere like photobucket then paste the IMG link into the signature box....works a treat no matter what size
