making opposites

Hi All,

This may have been discussed, so please forgive me. I was wondering how do you make an opposite? Can this be done?

For example I have a leaf that faces to the right, I would like it to face to the left can I do this. This is an embellishment and not a photo, so I'm not sure if I can do this.

open the embellishment go into effects > flip horizontal this will mirrow flip the item
