Printing 12x12 layouts

Hi everyone!

This might be a stupid question, but bare with me since I am a newbie

I am in the process of creating a scrapbook from my roadtrip and the album is 12x12. How do I print out some digital layouts in the 12x12 size on a standard printer since the size of the paper/layout is larger than a normal sheet of printer paper? Does it end up being on multiple sheets of paper and you have to put them together?

If you only have a standard printer, I would suggest one of two things. Either upload them and have them professionally printed (there are many options available out there) or print them 8x8 and mat them on 12x12 paper.

I don't have a wide format printer either. I have tried some online places to print and found that I like www.pureprintdesigns.com the best. It is only $2.25 per 12x12 page.
