Thumbnails/adding pictures

Hello,

I have downloaded the trial for Scrapbook MAX! and am lovin it so far! I have a question though. When I select on a picture to edit in a layout with one from my computer, how come I cannot see the pictures on the folders? In the drop down menu, I have thumbnail selected, yet all I see are plain yellow folders. When I work with many other software programs, I can view the pics on the folders. I am a photographer and have 1000's of folders to search through to look for pics. Is there something I need to set differently within the software for this to change? I'm afraid that if I will not be able to see the pictures on the folder that I will probably not purchase the software for this reason alone. Can anyone help me with this one?

The picture sometimes shows up in the bottom under all the folders. You click the name of the .jpg and the picture is down below.......maybe.........sometimes.......LOL! No really. It's there. I don't know why I get that particular screen sometimes. Most of the time all the pictures show up, even has 4 pics on the front of the folder before I even select it.

Actually that's what all my (over 1000) folders look like and I need them to show up when using this program. They may have 1,2,3 or even 4 pictures on the folder. I know in the tutorial to get started with Scrapbook MAX!, I think it shows going to My Pictures folder, clicking on that and in there are all the pics. Within My Pictures, I have over 1000 folders organized according to vacations, photo shoots, etc. and in each of those are my actual pictures. All my software that I currently use, when I need to open a picture, all these folders have little pictures on those folders to help you see what is in the folder. To be able to see these pictures you have to have selected in the toolbar, thumbnails selected. Scrapbook MAX! has this option, but when you click on thumbnails, the folders are still blank. I am a Professional Photographer and this is a must when you have this many photos. When I use this program, if I can't see these there is no way I will be able easily find what I need quickly.
