downloading templates

PLEASE HELP
I have tried downloading themplate and I get an error message Import Error Specified files does not exist
I clicked on the link to the template (ending in smt) and the clicked on open. Everything seems to be o.k. and looks like it is downloading but then I get this error message.
What is the problem. I have never had this problem before.

Maybe something damaged a file in the original program. Did you try reloading the SBM over again? Don't do that until some other people with more knowledge pop in to give you an answer. It sounds like you are doing it correctly.
