Making Gift Tags

Does anyone know how to do this or maybe steer me in the right direction? Is there a template I need to purchase??

if you go into the embellishment section here in teh forum, go into search on the top right type in tags, a whole ton of pages will come up that have tags you can use for free

I didn't know there was another way to search.. I just saw the search up at the very top and thought that was how I should do it.
