Hi
Im new only had my disk about a week. Trial version did great. Disk version i keep getting cant open blank tempelete, try another cant open it. I tried about 4 that came with the disk, same message !! Help !!

Im Tiffanys Scraps , stay at home due to disability. Wife of 35 years. Grandmother. Just starting into Scrapbooking. Have two dogs, two cats. Live in a very little town on Wa.Also do some reading. JRWard is my favorite author.Oh and dont forget Christine Freehan. Looking forward to learning lots here. Thanks for any help with Crashing problems !!

Maybe you should try uninstalling and reinstalling SBM... try that and see if that works....if it doesnt work then, maybe someone else can help cause I wont have the answer...maybe ask Desmond.....oh by the way Welcome Aboard!!!!

What is the message that it is giving you?? You could always try to uninstall and then reinstall .

I took SBM off the lap top. Restarted it, then put SBM on again. Now i have TWO of each template that came with the program. Cant import new template. Also the pre installed ones Crash again. Just like yesterday. Got any ideas!!!!

It sounds to me like you didn't fully uninstall the first SBM .
Did you go into your control panel to uninstall ? If not this is what you need to do.....
1)...Click on the start icon
2) Click on control panel
3) Click on add or remove program
4) Scroll down thru list and click on Scrapbook Max
the option remove should show up on the right side.
Click remove and restart your computer..
Then try to reinstall program again ! Good Luck

I know that if you have the trial version, you MUST uninstall the trial before installing the CD. So find the trial version and uninstall it before reinstalling from the CD. By the way, my favorite author is Christine Feehan and just finished the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by JRWard. Waiting anxiously now for June for Phury's story!!!
