    Click on it to enlarge...
    Directly underneath you'll see...
    UBBCode:
    Click on.... Copy to Clipboard...
    then
    when you're in the post you just paste there & hey presto...

    Does this make sense...???

    to get your layouts to show up full size in here, push this button (see below) then come back to your post and hit "ctrl" and "V"
