Page size

I am new to Scapbook Max but have completed my first five pages. My question is can you somehow get the page to print the full 8 1/2 x 11? and Can the pages be done in 12 x 12 format?

Absolutely. What you want to do is go to Page > Settings then click on the Size tab. There are a number of pre-set sizes or you can create your own custom page.
