    Default Holiday Cooking

Who doesn't like to eat during the holidays? Post pics or pages of your favorite recipes in this thread...(you must post a picture !) I just make this tonight and it was a big hit...

    Tortellini Soup
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 small onion
1 can crushed tomatoes or 2 fresh Roma tomatoes diced
3 cups chicken stock or broth
    1 bag cheese tortellini
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
Basil, parsley and oregano to taste
    Salt & [epper to taste
    Season croutons
    Grated/shredded parmesean

Saute the veggies until onion is translucent, add the chicken stock, bring to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook for 6-7 minutes. season to taste. Topped with croutons and grated/shredded Parmesean.
