The only caveat is on the content included with Scrapbook MAX! or licensed from third-parties. Most content has a restriction that limits commercial use.
So, you can use Scrapbook MAX! software as a layout tool to arrange/layout your own original graphics and designs. However, any content that you use in pages that you sell must be made by you or you must have permission to use them in commercial products.
