Templates

I have downloaded from the Template section several files but they only show up in the program as pages with the gray photo areas.In particular recently Rosana Britos " rb GIF smt". What am I doing wrong? Have no trouble with others. Thanks

It's not you. Usually this happens when a item is imported as a photo onto a layout and then when the template is exported, the little box that says "remove photos" is checked.
