Help printing 12x12

Hi I just started using SBM. I have this new wonderful printer that will print 12x12 (will go up to 13x19) but I can't figure how to do it. I selected 12x12 page but when I printed it up it goes back to 8x11. I would also like to know if there is a way to not have a border when printing?
