I love Scapbook Max! The only problem I have with it is not being able to manipulate the font. It would be great to be able to do more with the font.(something like wordart)

I agree. It can be a pain to type 1 letter. Size and move it in to place and then do another and another.

Try this if you want to play with WordArt. I'm assuming you're talking about MS Office WorArt. If not, all bets are off.

Create a really big new document and insert your word art and size it really big. I made a document 11X17 in landscape mode and then added wordart. I then resized the wordart to the width of the page.

Now "File->Save as Web Page" and choose the html format and save to a temporary directory somewhere. This will create an html document and more to the point will also create a transparent gif file from the wordart in a sub-folder. Now drag that into SBM and resize to your liking.

I'm using Office 2003 and am not sure if older versions have this save option.

May be more trouble than it's worth due to the resolution of the gifs. That's why you have to make them REALLY big to yield something big enough to work with.

I just love a challenge.

When you say 'save to temporary directory' do you mean you can just creat a 'folder' within 'my docs' and save to there...???

OK Poppabob... figured it out.

Here's what I did....

The first text I created using your instructions & the second I used my editing programme (Microsoft PictureIt 12)....
It was right under my nose all the time..!
