First thumbnail is png format grid &
Second is what can be done with it (or not).....

getting lazy...is there a zip file for it and can we use it in smb??? to make the calander?

thanks and a good Idea to put in now as it is never to early to start. I would like to put in the photo of the person having a bd. at least print the names in the date on a calander. thanks.

Just right-click on the white grid & save the png file. Once saved it can then be 'dragged' int SBM.
Let me know if it works for you...
