Lost template

I saw a template that had a pic of little girl eating an apple. I downloaded one part with the letters but did not download the second part with the paper and embellishments. duh! Can anyone tell me or recognized what page of the templates that might be on. I tried finding it but am disappointed that I cannot find it. If someone comes across it please let me know the page number. It is a large pic of a little girl. The letters are red and look like apple skin. Thanks for any help.
