Help Please

I needed to do a system recovery and now my SBM is not working correctly. I'm assuming I need to re-download it. Can someone tell me how I can do this without having to purchase it again? Thank you.

The best thing to do is reinstall from the CD that was mailed to you. Reinstall both the software and the content. After you have reinstalled click on Help > Check for Updates to be sure you are using the most current version of the software.

I thought SBM only came on disk. The trial is via download but thought the full program is only via disk. Other sites I have seen which sell SBM say its not downloadable.

Which version did you have?

I have my downloaded without a disk as I was having problems with it.I guess the disk is to old.

LOL .. thats what I suspected Eye .... wondering if Judi's is from SBM to or if there is some site out there doing a funky download version. I looked on google for SBM and sites either refer back to here to buy or make a big point of it not being a download.
