July Mid-Month Challenge

I went bright this time

I used all sorts of stuff in this one.
Papers are from "Best Buddies"
Border is from "Believe in yourself" and coloured in SBM
Flower is from "Paper Dolls" and coloured in SBM
Beads and Dragonflies from "Life is a Garden"
Oh forgot to add, the blue photo paper is from Patterns Vol 1 #0093

I'm hooked, can't stop making these, I will say one thing I wish I could change the colour of the BGs and scraps.

Oh Mumma! What wonderful things you are coming up with. You are inspiring me to try some more of these myself and it was my challenge! I never thought of mix and match. Must give it a try.

I used my favorite one to play with...called Paper Dolls...The stick people are so cute in this one....The little girl in my preview page is a girl I babysit...She is a doll... I did alot of cropping on the 'all girl' beads, to put on the frame and journal page...the frame was made from the ribbon in that kit...

Missed your submission Wolvsie---Paper dolls is one of my favorites also. I often wondered why they didn't expand this kit some. It is so cute. Love your layout---all that cropping was worth it--the frame is adorable.

Can't resist a Challenge!

I am so new to this but am having so much fun figuring out all these neat computer aspects! So here goes my template from My Spices page. The photo I used inspired my design. This would be great for a tartan theme, early fall, September and back to school. And I never did paper scrap booking before I tried this digital environment.

This is also a mix and match of the original elements.
-tartan background from scotties
-dark red, brown, white, and black cloth and paper scraps controlled for transparency.
-Metal accents
-Apple simple photo shape with maroon texture paper works like a die cut out.

I was having some fun and created this one...Using Birthday Rules...I love the faded colors in this kit...I made a LO using my nephews photos...He is two months old...Cutie, isn't he?...<wink>
