Default New house title, red, white, large small

If your real estate situation is like ours in the northeast US, these are more for my practice in making virtual wooden signs than for actual use. But maybe somebody out there is moving into new digs.

One largish and smallish in white, one largish and smallish in dark red.

... and I should have noted that I've grouped objects & can change the font and/or the color easily. Here's the sign in dusty rose, a nice upscale house color (the sign color is not pure - it has several layers of grunge & texture).

    Thanks for the thanks.

Here's a small one for anyone who recently moved into a craftsman bungalow in the 20s era ochre color...

Wow they look so realistic. Love them. Too bad I don't have a new house LO to use them. But I sure do love them.
