Just joined, just started in digital scrapbooking, and already far from the madding crowd... since I'm a guy...
Since so many are from foreign lands - Australia, Sweden, Canada, just to name a recent few - you should know that I'm also from a foreign country, Boston. My thread title is the national greeting.
I'm a freelance writer (technical stuff), where I've dabbled in graphics for many years, real and computer-based. Right now, I'm cutting my scrapbooking teeth by turning bits and pieces of my digital photos into embellishments. I'm also working on digital paper sets.
Hope to share a few, free here. Also hope to sell a few, maybe on eBay.
Digital Rose has done a great job of boiling down digital graphics to the essentials, then making them accessible and usable... kudos to them...

(my avatar? My grandfather's cabin on the shore of Lake Michigan in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, the cabin built in 1949. My family vacationed there from 1950 to 1959 and, believe it or not, a high percentage of my memories of growing up are from key moments out of those 20 weeks of northwoods life)
