cannot download my purchase!

i am totally confused!
i have downloaded hundreds of files from other sites... but for some reason i cannot download the items i just purchased from the store here.
the files are in a dif format that i've never seen before.
what program do i need to access them???

The files at the store here are SMT & SMB files which open in the Scrapbook Max Programme, if you haven't got the programme download the trial version and you will find opening the files a very simple process

Meechie... If you bought booster packs, all you need to do is change the extension smb to zip, and then open it with any zip program like Winzip. The images in the file are in png or jpg format.

You cannot do this with the templates, however.
