Help - I'm having a problem printing!

Does anyone know why a layout looks fine on the screen but uploads and prints off center? It looks just fine - it's 8.5x11 portrait setting in the program and on the printer but it prints to the left and leaves part of the left side off! Arrrrrgh!!!

I can't seem to figure out what happened - but here's a question. The first page in the album is an 8x8 - then I did a 8.5 x 11 as the second page. Could that be the problem?! I'm so frustrated!!

Hello,

Are you talking about your home printer? If so, do you have the correct paper size / orientation selected?

If so, please try a little test. Create a new scrapbook, with a single page the same size as the page you're having problems with. It doesn't have to be special, just a blank page with black captions around the edge, or a simple black border (so you can see the entire page print, but so you don't go through a wack of ink). Then, print it.

Does it print correctly?

Thanks, Desmond, for getting back to me so soon! I removed each element one by one and checked the print preview each time, and - lo and behold - somewhere I covered up the blank page with a background and got it too big! It's always "user error", isn't it? [insert sheepish grin]! I rebuilt the page without the overlap!

We are both moving - we are "snowbirds" and moving North for the summer. We'll be back in Arizona next winter!
