Well eventually I have a LO that I would say is "Retro".. I battled with inspiration for this challenge.. Crop's I was a bit like you on this one (quoting an earlier thread of yours).. I just couldn't get my head around it.. but I received the "latest" photo of my nieces from Australia yesterday and it was a God send.. Their dresses that they are wearing are what I wore in the 70's.. LOL, bright, frilly and oh sooo retro! I HATED them ( worse than the brown cords)..hahahahaha! So I say "THANK YOU GIRLS"..
Hope you enjoy the "flashback".. might need sun glasses tho..LOL
Love
Kim

I think I was having withdrawals after having cataract surgery day before yesterday. Not sure I should be playing on computer but I had this idea of this Only Baby picture of my Grandma & had to play with it... Terry
This is a layout a did a little while ago. I chose it for the Retro contest because of the colors. These are all the colors from the 60's & 70's that I didn't care for then and still don't today. (I do like how this layout turned out though).

Well, here it is! My first submission to the site and my retro contest entry. I had a lot of fun with the retro theme. I took my inspiration from the work of Andy Warhol who started the Pop Art craze. That is what all the crazy colors are about and I added a scrap booking twist to it. The pictures are of my daughter wearing a poodle skirt outfit though that gets a little lost in all the color but I had a lot of fun doing this page anyway and I am pretty happy with the turn out. As long as you don't look at it too long you shouldn't go blind
