Photoshapes

Can anyone tell me how to go about making photoshapes. The ones that come with the programme are super and I have downloaded basic shapes from Steve which again are excellant, but what I would like to do is make flowers and buterflies for example. Although I know you can use them with photos I would like to also use them with paper that matches my design and I have worked out by clearing the image and then replacing with the paper of my choice works well.

If you 'search' the Community you should be able to find shapes by 'autistic wonder' and there' a butterfly in there somewhere.
If I find the link, I'll post BUT cannot tell you how to make you own ~ sorry!!
