help i lost my box

I know i saw a thread on this but cant find it. when i drag something over i got the little box with what i drug over asking if it was a photo or other things mine just disappeared. i cant find it . can some one help me. Anna.
p.s, I love max and brag on using it all over the place. hope we get some upgrades soon.

On the tool bar go to: edit/preferences where it says "environment" make sure the little box on the bottom where it says "drag and drop" is not checked. If it is, remove the checkmark. Let me know if that works.
