Can you PLEASE tell me how you are able to put at item (small picture etc) within 'this' window & not as a thumbnail.

I think you mean the animated stuff etc in a post. Open a host account. I use www.photobucket.com
You do get instrictions on there and it is free to join. You then upload a saved picture or gif, image or whatever from the folder you save them in. Copy the IMG Code displayed and then paste in your post. It will show the code but when you post it will show as the picture

yes i use photobucket...open a free account with them at http://s38.photobucket.com
go search for blinkies, animations and save them to your pc,
upload them to photobucket,
copy the 3rd code under the image the one marked IMG, paste that whole code into your message and when you post the image comes up within the message
