Template: Upon Reflection

So beautiful! The words are perfect, too.

Did you make the wavy "reflection" or did the embellishment come that way? It is such a great effect.

i made them by lots of fiddling in psp9 - made an embellishment, copied it, made a relection by tipping the pic upside down, placing the two images together, then played with the dodge brush, warp brush, soften brush to get the end result

great to see the older stuff is still in use.....check out the weekly challenge 20 thread as i've just given a kit away there....quality is much higher now (i've had a good year to practice )
