    Unhappy Confused over copyright laws

    Just a little confused about copyright laws.
    Am I able to use embellishments on a template that I have created that came with the Scrapbook Max program. Just don't want to step on anyones toes and certainly want to be doing the wrong thing.
    Can anyone clarify this for me
