Missing Toolbar--please help!

Help! My Scrapbook Max Toolbar is gone! I can still see my page that I was working on but the toolbar is nowhere to be seen.

Where did it go? How do I get it back?

I can't scrap without it. . .please let me know what to do. Thanks!

If you go to "view" there is a option for toolbars. You may just have to put a checkmark in front of it.

sorry, I was not clear in my post--I have no toolbar AND no menu bar. Nothing but the SBM page number and the title bar is left.

I had the same thing happen to me. I had to reinstall the program. It all came back and I didn't lose anything. Give that a try. I still don't know why it just disappeared.

Try the F11 button on key board. It may be the answer.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried F11 and nothing happened, I reinstalled SBM and restarted the computer but still no tool bar.

Does anyone know how to contact the SBM tech staff? Or any other ideas how to get the tool bar/menu bar back?

Did you go to the Control Bar, Add and Remove Programs to remove the old install before you re-installed SBM? Sometimes you have to do that... then shut down the computer and let it set for about 10 minutes or so then restart and reinstall the program. If you havent done so already try that and see if it works..hope it will..

Try the ESC key at the upper left hand corner of keyboard. Don't know if it will work.

Hope your problem is solved by now, but if it isn't and you need to reinstall you should save your SBM embellishments you have downloaded and access through the red heart because they can disappear. I had it happen and had to go searching through the forums to find them again! Your templates and scrapbook pages are entirely safe, though, so don't let me scare you!!

Hope you get your problem fixed. It can be so frustrating. Desmond is very good with these problems. You can send him a personal message if you can't get it resolved.
