We got the storm last night and today - but because we're so much farther north, only a little of it was sleet - the first 2 hours or so, then then the rest was snow. We have a good 2-3 inches on the ground. The kids were geeked - SNOW DAY!!! (Not because of the snow, we're used to that in Michigan, but the ice underneath isn't so pleasant to drive in!)

Knzuz - I bet the ice REALLY locks things down in Kansas, eh??? The mental picture of your dogs skidding around as they're trying to do their duty has me chuckling! he he

We had 4 inches last night and it is still falling. This is the first snow we had since december 1st when we got nearly a foot! This is more like January!
It does look real pretty outside!

Jiminey Crickets!!! KristyC made it in here tooo! Wow I am in Awe!! Its about time girlfriend!!! We need someone in here who is serious sometimes! Brings us back to reality! Especially when we are talking about aliens and apes kidnapping. Where do we come up with this STUFF! LOL So Maggie and Kristy come often as you like and put your 2 cents in! We love hearing from you guys!
We dont have any snow or ice.... YET they say maybe tomorrow, who knows as one can never trust the weather people! I think they should have to swear on a stack of bibles before I ever believe them. I have Good News Shelby is almost back to herself!!! I hate when dogs are sick! its like having babies that cant tell you whats wrong and you have to play the guessing game! But she is finally playing again and they swelling is almost gone!!!! YA HOOOOO

And my kitty kat - he's 12 and has been my baby since before I had any babies. He's getting old and very crotchety now - I'm surprise I got this picture of him looking remotely happy. CATS...can't live with 'em and.....(you know the rest or make up the rest depending on how you feel about cats! )

I love your beadwork embellishments. I just used sepia to blend it with the background paper.

Hope everyone is surviving the ice and snow. What a weird year! Even here in Tucson we had a record cold last night - in the 20s. We're such sissies - we're all wearing parkas, etc.

The gallery is super full again. Hope I havene't missed anyone's layouts!

Ok I did it!!!!! I told that nice lady who keeps on putting her albums in to cut back. I dont think I was rude! I hope I wasnt rude let me know I posted it on one of her 4th of july LOs! Like you all said I dont think she realizes what she is doing and if nobody speaks up this will continue to happen. So i elected myself to be the one to politely tell them! So if I get some hate mail I'll no why! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHa
Miss Maggie Mae!!! I am shortening your name! you will now be called M&M Ok!! I dubbed thee M&M only cause I love them! LOL

Ok now I got to make the family dinner! Gosh they are always hungry at this time!!!! I should of never cooked for them in the first place then I wouldnt be stuck doing it all the time! LOL

Crops - I thought your post was very polite! I added a comment after yours, just to "soften" the blow, so to speak. But I think you did what all of us wanted to do, but just didn't have the guts!

Crops, your comment was very, very nicely put - Like Kristy, I added a comment, too, trying to explain that we can't enjoy her layouts or other's layouts when an album fills up the entire gallery. Hope she doesn't feel too bad.
