I read the comments to our Newbie and think you did a very nice job! It would be nice if we had a link for our newbies that has ettiquettes on postings. For example, when newbies discover all the freebie templetes and embies on here, that date back to the beginning of SBM, I get frustrated when I have to sort through all the "thank you for sharing" postings. Everyone wants to know that their contributions are appreciated but I find it hard to sort through all of the postings. I personally find it much easier to send out a personal message to the designers and thank them for all of the contributions.

On the other hand, I love the way some of you welcome our newbies to the forum. Rather than posting individually to everyone......... You send out a GROUP WELCOME to all the newbies.

I find that our group here is very special and that we all love and care about each other. We support everyone with their scrapbooking as well as the good and bad things that happen in our personal lives. I don't want our friendships to ever change!

Oh Onie, I do know that is a pet peeve of yours! LOL Everytime I see someone thank a bunch a people in a row, I think to myself.... Oh ONIE IS GOING TO BE SOOOOOOOO MAD!!! LOL I think we should wait awhile and go back into the suggestion section and post it! I dont want to ask to much of SBM as Desmond might get mad! LOL I know YOOOO MARION we have a job for you....... LOL

I found myself missing a bunch of goodies and instructions, when I am sorting through them! I try to skip over all the thank you posts when I see them but later discover others have added more embies further down in the thread that I skipped over. I do send out notes to designers occasionally too but not 20-30 in a row.

Right now I am still trying to figure out how to use a few of the shapes/templetes that I've gotten. I've been looking for answers to a few of my questions and I'm afraid I will miss them. Does that make sense?

Example: How the heck to you all make a zip file to post on here? lol I love some of the templetes I got but their all square in shape and I do my pags 8 1/2 x 11. Still haven't figured out how to get those ones retangular.
