Need Help with Downloading New Kits PLEASE

I just purchased a kit and downloaded it but it doesn't show up in my smb and I can see it's in my downloads but can't open or get it over to smb ---- PLEASE HELP

Hello!

After downloading, have you double-clicked on the downloaded file? That will import it into Scrapbook MAX!

If you have done that, and still have trouble finding it, can you tell me which kit you're having trouble with (the kit name and a link to the kit in the store would be most helpful)? Thanks!

Yes, I double-clicked on the download file. When I do it takes me over to Scrapbook Maxi and I get error code -
couldn't load c;users/grandma/downloads/MMC-Birthday-Bash-Kit-smb

Hello!

I just checked on this kit - in Scrapbook MAX!, you should find the items under Object > Embellishments and the background papers under Page >Settings, then choose Background and Select.
