Need Help Please!

I am trying to design a logo for my cookies business and could really use some help.
I will try and explain the best I can. I have a label that I want to add 2 different paper design to, so that one paper is the top color and the other is the bottom. Is there any way I can cut these 2 printed paper labels in half?

I'd like to help but need a bit more info. Are you trying to design a label (that appears like a stack of two papers) and then print it out on an actual label? Or, are you looking for advice about printing out the labels themselves?
