Updating my program

My computer crashed back in December. I was able to transfer my SBM program, files & albums to my new laptop. However, when I open the program it says there is an update available but it won't download and update. Any idea's why? or Suggestions to get my update?

Hello!

What version of Scrapbook MAX! 2.0 are you currently using (you can check by going to the Help > About Scrapbook MAX! in the menu).

What is the exact message you are getting when being prompted to update?

When you try to update, what happens? (Any message? What does it say?)

I checked and from what I can tell it is version 2.0.2.0 (it was in the upper right corner of the log in page).

When I check for updates, it says there is an update available and I need to restart my computer to complete the process. When I click continue/restart it sends me to an error page. The error reads:

An error occurred while trying to update your Scrapbook Max! 2.0. Please run the update application again or contatct indigo rose corporation for help.
Error details:
Unable to determine the installed version
Could not get the size of the version information.

thanks for any help, I am really missing the updated features (eraser, alignment buttons, etc.)
